The Whisky Brown are my absolute favorite. Not only do the elements of metal and acetate compliment anyone’s face, but the classic aperture provides the perfect casual eye glasses. I really love the idea of embracing eye the classic styles strong, they work for everyone! Being an art student I switch up my glasses a lot, some with paint and some just broken. It would be nice to have a pair that was simply casual and just perfect.

Recently I went on a trip to Boston to visit my younger sister who is in college studying music therapy. Her Wal-Mart cheap glasses had broken and she was having a hard time getting through her day with poor vision and glasses strung together with tape. We went to a nice store in the mall to try to get her a nice pair of Oliver Peoples, since she was sick of the cheap-O glasses that broke in the first glass. Even with a 50% off coupon the glasses were still way to expensive to afford (around $302). We couldn’t get them, and later that day she started crying because she felt so over-worked and still had not enough money to buy them.
Regardless of winning these glasses or not I plan I getting glasses from here for my younger sister. The price of a sturdy pair of fashionable glasses are ridiculous, like $336-$500 ridiculous (just for the frame!). I like that BonLook saw this as a problem.

I love the cocktail hour in tortoise shell!!! I am a prescription glasses wearer, and have been since I was super young. I currently wear giant tortoise shell frames, but I’m trying to start wearing smaller vintage frames. I’ve been looking for glasses like the cocktail hour for a while! They look like the frames Johnny Depp used to wear! I really want them!
