jitter bug

calivintage: a bug

strolling through the neighborhood after work, i’ve begun to notice that the days are getting shorter! the evening hours are no longer drenched with sunlight, and pretty soon i’ll be watching the sun set as i drive across the bridge on my way home after work. but it’s still not too late to wear my silly bug print summer dress as we run up the hills behind our house chasing after the last of the light.

  1. I love your idea of pairing a crop top with the dress. I see so many nice tops, but they’re always sheer and in need of a tank top underneath (which I don’t like doing), but this is a great way to wear them. Stealing this styling idea. :)

    Cute outfit!

    1. oh thank you! it’s also a nice solution if you don’t feel like wearing something sleeveless. sometimes i find sleeveless dresses can be a little less than flattering on me and adding a thin cardigan sometimes just doesn’t do it for me!

  2. so awesome to see you in this dress! love your style, this is a fantastic complement :). send me a message if you ever want to get in touch! i’d love to have you over to my studio if you’re ever in nyc.
