we’re stepping into a heat wave over here. a 107 degree high in the middle of june. it’s kind of a bummer, but it’s the perfect time for me to throw on my new matching set by margu! it’s made of a breezy cotton silk blend with a subtle woven stripe, and i can’t think of anything better to wear in such hot weather. and you know how much i love a good matching set. wear together, mix and match. i have a feeling that i’ll be getting a lot of use out of both of these pieces for the rest of the season.
if you aren’t familiar with margu, she makes the best selection of feminine, vintage-inspired womenswear! based in fayetteville, arkansas, designer emily delong designs, cuts, and sews each garment by hand using sustainably-sourced natural textiles. she makes an especially perfect fit and flare dress in a bunch of different fabrics and colors in addition to easy separates and a wrap dress that i can’t get out of my mind!
