as a little follow up to yesterday’s post about vintage inspired swimwear, i thought i’d share some of the images i’ve been collecting over the past several months of the perfect round sunnies. once again, the sun refuses to come out and play, so i’ve had to seek refuge indoors, in front of the computer screen waiting for summer and planning out all the outfits i’d wear if the weather was warm and sunny. sounds like someone needs a vacation!

I've noticed the round glasses trend too. I would chance to say gaga brought it back. either way, I myself wouldn't wear it (I'm still into oversized lenses) but I think it's enchanting.
I want round sunnies! However I think I have too round of a face for them – maybe that just means they'd have to be bigger? hmmm

My face is so round that if I wore round glasses too I'd cause some horrible chain reaction eventually ending in the world's implosion. But the coat in that picture from lulila is gorgeous! It really makes that plain outfit something special.
I love these, but sadly round sunglasses really look yuck on me.
I really wish they didn't though.

Round sunnies are my favorite next to cat-eyes. All of these are glorious!
wow, I love the bottom most right picture– yet again reminding me I need a gray cardigan! I love that her look is absolutely grandma and yet kinda scandalous. Also given my features there is no way I could pull off round sunglasses if they were any smaller than hers.
I think I always look odd in sunglasses I really wanted a pair of these very John Lennon! Maybe I will give them a go, this post has made me want them even more! xx
I like all those sunglasses but I'm pretty sure I couldn't pull them off.
