redlands

calivintage: redlands

being back home for the holidays reminded me that i completely forgot to share these bbq photos from my last trip! i can’t remember if we were celebrating anything in particular, but my family decided to have a bbq and i actually remembered to bring my camera outside as we all sat around eating oranges and pecans waiting for the food to cook on the grill in my grandmother’s back yard.

    Where do your grandparents live?
The lighting and everything looks so zen. I can imagine sitting there eating the fruit that your grandmother picked and not thinking about anything at all.

I’m so glad there’s a hispanic girl among the best of the bloggers (you). I can definitely relate to the bbq’s outside, eating fruit and making tamales. =)
