polyvore live!

just wanted to pause for a moment to talk to you guys a little bit about what i’ve been up to besides visiting shows here in new york for fashion week. i know i’ve mentioned it here and there, but i wanted to formally announce that i was asked to walk in the polyvore live runway show today! no, i am not a model, but i definitely jumped at the chance to support fit alumni and emerging designers! as a blogger, i feel like working with small and independent designers is a natural fit because we’re all newcomers breaking into the fashion world and starting out our careers in this exciting field. i’m so excited and honored to be able to model a lovely evening dress designed by fit grad sergio guadarrama of celestino. thank you so much to polyvore, fit, and cover girl for sponsoring the event!

so if you want to watch the show, it will be live streaming right here at 6:30pm e.s.t. (3:30pm california time). but if you aren’t able to catch it, no worries! i’ll have my camera in hand as much as possible to share my experience with you once it’s over!
