you may have already seen these images floating around the internet, but they were just so wonderful that i had to post them! so today i am sharing my love for the orla kiely spring 2011 collection and campaign. the ads were styled by leith clark and photographed by venetia scott. the photos actually remind me of my own hometown and makes me long for a southern california desert summer. not only that, but as always, i’ve got my eye on a number of individual pieces from the collection, especially that sheer cream dress that’s already been spotted on none other than alexa chung. you’d better bet that i’m going to be religiously checking the orla kiely website waiting for that dress to go up for sale!

I love the bloomer style bathing suit bottoms and the pink dress with the puff sleeves and peter pan collar. The creme dress is pure sweetness.
This lookbook (and the pieces!) are so lovely… I’d be thrilled to own that sheer dress, too.

I had to post that first picture too! It reminded me so much of road trips across Canada (obviously with less desert) and stopping to see enormous statues of moose or geese or whatever that town’s specialty was!
