rainy day wish lists

rachel antonoff dress

it’s been raining for days with no end in sight! which has apparently drawn me to my previously dormant polyvore account, dreaming of the outfits i’ll wear once the sun comes out to play. this year, i’m feeling much more strategic, so i’m trying to cycle in pieces that i know can be mixed and matched again and again. as you can see, there is a particular purse that’s in such heavy rotation on my polyvore that i’m thisclose to just getting it!

i’m curious to know, what trends and pieces are you anxious to get your paws on for spring?

  1. I love these outfits!! All clothes and accessoirs fit together perfectly! I wish I could find something like this dress somewhere, but it seems that I’m going to be disappointed since this dress is absolutely prefect!(:
    Great job!(:

  2. The satchel is a handy little piece to have for sure, and I’m liking the red shoes in the last set. I’ve been looking around for little white dresses to no avail

  3. I love every single thing about these outfits but the second one is my for sure fav. I love the neutral colors and casually clean style. Outfit luuust.

  4. Love the first set, it’s gorgeous :) Hope it stops raining soon! Also wanted to let you know that I’m organizing a wikifashion meetup when we’re in SF at the end if April if you’d like to come along?

      1. yay :) We’ll be in SF around the 26-27th, I’ll let you know closer to the date :) (we’re driving around the US in a motorhome so don’t know exact dates yet!).

  5. I second your practical strategy, which is just good sense. Unfortunately, when it comes to dresses, I can only fall in love and yield. And I’ve been swooning over this particular Rachel Antonoff dress for quite some times, now. I’m guessing as soon as it’s available, I’ll get it, and wear it out during the summer.
I love the way you mixed it with a schoolboy jacket and navy leather flats. I might just take a hint, there…
    And this purse is adorable!
